Colorado would be a huge mistake they have sucked for nearly two decades. Cincy has huge shoes to fill, he can win there but won’t get credit. Deion can quickly turn USF around. He should go to USF for 3 or 4 years or until FSU opens up.

USF would make the most sense. I'm sure he can get 4* and 5* players and would have more control there.

My hope is he goes to USF.

With that being said, if he does bolt for another job after a few years, that means he must have turned around an FBS program, so it's a win win for all.
All coaches are mercenaries. Except maybe in basketball, Hardaway, Howard and Stackhouse.

Pretty much any coach not over 60 should be considered "mercenary".

USF would be a great 3 or 4 year intermediary step for Deion. He can recruit southern kids to go there more easy than recruiting for Colorado or Cincinnati. I hope he does go to USF. They have everything to be successful.

Cincy has more in the cupboard. USF, even with Prime, will take two years to stock up.
I don't see Prime eating a bad season or two if he can avoid it. His ego won't allow it.

At Cincy he will be expected to win 9+ games in first year in Big12 to be considered successful. He will be measured to the last few years. He goes to USF and wins 4 in first year, he will be praised for improving them. The bar is low at USF very high at UC.

RE: Tweet: Deion will make a decision on new school by Sunday between CO, USF, Cincy
I would like Deion because of the splash he would have on exciting the base and bring in recruits. Two things USF needs big time right now. He fits with recruiting area.
2. In most is the CC coach Chadwell. I’m not that sold on him since it seems his success was mainly with the QB they had and struggled in games without him.
My two outside choices are
Tom Allen at Indiana, he was our DC when our defense was good, he knows the area and IU is not an easy place to win, he has had on/ off success and might be willing to leave now.
Manny Diaz- another defensive guy, good recruiting ties to area and I think wasn’t given time at UM
Hopefully we will find out this weekend, whoever it is will have a tough job being worse than Scott.

If USF got Deion as HC and brought on Scott Frost as OC......watch out. They would create an IMG Academy in the FBS. They would be a recruiting threat to EVERY florida school.

Feels weird rooting for another school to get a coach but I feel like USF getting Deion would be great for the confrence's brand. Just like he got behind HBCU football, I feel like Deion would really get behind #P6.
With the 12-team playoff continuing to be recognized as the top G5 will be very important, USF getting Deion, FAU with Herman, and Tulane keeping Fritz help with that.

Unless it’s just been kept completely under wraps the general understanding is our president would be a hard no, AD likely a no, and Deion hasn’t interviewed for UC position even though he’s listed us in his final 3.
That’s just what I’ve heard from pretty reliable people so he’s all yours USF. Colorado makes no sense to me outside the so called P5 bs.

I haven’t really seen much support from Cincy in the Deion sweepstakes
I really think it’s between Colorado and USF.
At this point I just expect Deion to go to USF.
Maybe Cincy has a really good smokescreen.
But USF is clamoring for Coach Prime in a way that’s fun to watch.

To me, Deion makes the most sense for USF. Cincy doesn’t sound like a good fit at all.
I read that Chadwell is being considered for the Liberty job.
