RE: NCAA Tournament Discussion
I was shocked they still had momentum after the break from the first weekend. Glad to see it. They played very well and earned that win.

Houston and Nova put on a brick layering show, but great defense. Wright is so good. Looks like a crash course for UNC Duke semi final. Blah.
Lets see if Laranaga can take down Kansas today. Lets hope the Peacock still have something left.

RE: NCAA Tournament Discussion
St Peters couldnt hit some early shots and the UNC just used their size to crush them and end their magical run. In the earlier game Miami controlled the first half then imploded in the 2nd and Kansas ran away with it.
So for all the fun the tournament has been, we ended up with 3 blue bloods and the best team of the past 5 years. Unfortunately with Villanova's injury, it sure feels like a Duke-Kansas title bout is awaiting. Wont shock anyone that K goes out on top.

RE: NCAA Tournament Discussion
Some really good games to set up the finals. UConn has had some really entertaining games over both NC State and Stanford.
Villanova made some runs but didnt have enough and Kansas pulled away. In the nightcap, Duke Carolina was pretty entertaining. Bunch of runs. However both teams struggled down the stretch at the free throw line which kept the game in doubt both ways. They were good free throw shooters too that were missing everywhere.
Finals are set on both sides. Tonight South Carolina takes on UConn on the women's side. Tomorrow Kansas takes on UNC, in a game that we will continue to see far too much of Roy Williams

Not much of a Bill Self fan but figure if Embiid is happy, I'll be happy. #RockChalk

RE: NCAA Tournament Discussion
Kansas made the biggest championship game comeback after being down 15 at half. The last two minutes by both teams were quite the show. Both teams played and shot like they wanted it more. two super blue bloods is never what I would like to see, but they put on a great game. The story of the tournament is and was always going to be St Peter's run anyhow.
Edit: Though the fact is was 2 coaches that followed Roy Williams playing for a title is awfully ironic as well, since we all know Roy was not a great x's and o's coach and lived purely on talent
