It may already be buried somewhere in this thread, but the radio guys said after the game that this win was the 50th win for the senior class!! Incredible!!! Obviously the JMU record.

Hopefully it will be 52.

Also hopefully we will reload next year with the departure of some amazing seniors.

Apparently NDSU thinks we are garbage now after watching that game last night.
My opinion... GOOD. Let them think that.
Cignetti called a great game. There was no reason to do anything foolish. We could have played 4 more quarters and UNI would not have scored. If they had done anything to suggest otherwise I guarantee our offense wouldn't have been that vanilla. Despite that, our running game was opening things up in the second half.
Hopefully the weather will be much better next week and our offense will "magically" look better.

It's probably also some gamesmanship. Don't give Weber or NDSU any tape to use in game planning for the next games.

Good for the bison
That’s exactly what our play calling was designed to do
Why call plays you don’t need to show to win ?
Bison may be lucky to score on us .

Just one question...why didn't Nooch run that TD in instead of the INT?

Will never understand that decision. Glad it didn't come back to haunt us. Hopefully, Nooch learns from it and doesn't repeat that mistake. He had plenty of open field between him and the next potential defender he might meet up with - likely at best right at the goal line and really I think he goes in untouched.

They have 13 other games of tape. I dont buy the argument of we didnt want to put something on tape at any point in the season. If anything it gives the other team more to think about before hand which can lead to confusion trying to remember who does what in what formation

This is what I want to know, too. He had a clear path to the end zone. Should have been a touchdown

Million dollar question nobody can answer. I’m sure it was one of those thing Ben thought he saw something and before the ball even left his hands he wished he wouldn’t have followed through.

Weird comment from their talk board. I am not sure what this guy is trying to say.

We'll take care of businesson Sat and it will be hello Frisco. Im watching the NDSU/IllSt game and the Bison are not showing me anything spectacular.

Just re-watched the DiNucci interception a couple of times just now. The UNI DB held Stapleton in the end zone (grabbed his jersey) as he was trying to cut back toward the middle. If that hadn't happened or the hold was called on the DB, it was probably a TD or a penalty. Officials missed it.

Wonder which ref crew we get next week, thank goodness it won't be CAA. Hope not MVC either, too much chance of bias. Believe it or not, I've seen some ref board posts where they've mentioned their "favorite" teams.

As ISU showed today, don't let the game come down to close calls. Need a comfortable lead to be safe.

Someone seeing DiNucci at a restaurant and saying he is fine does not mean he didn't suffer a mild concussion when his helmet/head hit the turf. A mild concussion may or may not show any symptoms during concussion protocol. He did seem a bit "off" after that. Always better to ere on the side of caution.

I would agree. I think it'd be a good idea to tell Cole he's starting -- if Nooch is ready, he can play, but might as well prepare for him being out.

Sorry, a gas station.

Don't apologize. I buy more food and beer there than gas. 6-inch meatball subs for $2. Can't beat it.
