Yes it is very easy to win and difficult to lose. I feel for Heath. He probably didn't need this job and what he walked into. It is his alma mater with a beautiful arena, West athletic Campus, very nice campus, etc.

Rebuilding teams are like rebuilding a house that has been in a fire or a hurricane. It may be difficult but the ending may be good or it may be problematic. No one knows until one gets deep inside.

ANY EMU fan knows that MOST rebuilds are not successful. How many unsuccessful rebuilds did FB have before C.C.?

Not to take anything away from C.C. but he was given more to work with than any previous EMU FB coach. We were slow to get an IPF. We were slow to get a SAPC.

I still don't know how teams in the Midwest, esp. upper Midwest, have spring ball without an IPF. Who wants an outdoor practice if it is is 25 degrees and snowing, with a swirling wind?

As Carl noted the Detroit Drive job is open. Heath would beca perfect fit. And yes I do feel for Heath and his wife both EMU alums. Every home games when his name is announced it's dead silence. That can't feel good.

Would someone explain what Carl posted. Rob is still with the MC Cruise and Pistons.

Was this one of those sloppy posts where someone posts something about something which was in the news but it got garbled...

I read a will ago that Rob was temporary put on leave or whatever. Someone told me that it wasn't serious, like a job ender.

Everything I can tell he is back working, etc. Like he is listed on the official Cruise website.

Steve I have edited my post. Thank you. I will be more careful in the future.

No problem, '79. Sometimes Carl tosses things out without enough information or context to understand what the critical point is. I've spend time figuring out what it means (and haven't been successful).

I agree, Steve. Good job keeping this board clean (or attempting to)!

I sympathize with Super’s disabilities. But they are indeed no excuse for posting inaccurately. People are feeling too free to state publicly whatever thought they can conjure up- and not considering decency and integrity at all.

By the way I think it is very poor behavior by EMU fans not to applaud Coach Heath during the pre game introductions. I've been to several home games this year and its crickets when his name is announced. I know many blame him for our poor results but he is one of the EMU family and deserves better.

The issue isn't that Super is misspelling words, etc. because it may be an issue for him (and believe me I type wrong words all the time, my worst is 'not' instead of 'now' and 'their' instead of 'there.' How I can type something wrong when I KNOW the grammar is beyond me).

We look at what he is trying to say and ignore typos, grammar, etc. No one here is a English teacher wannabe.

I look for accurate, clear, fair, etc. posting. If someone says, "We're playing SDSU in FB at the Factory soon" would confuse a lot of readers. 2027 isn't soon to most people. The first thing someone has to do is look up: When is SDSU coming to Ypsi.

Once again NO one is commenting about dysgraphia related issues.

If someone says (name a person in authority) is a worthless SOB who should be fired today or better yet yesterday (or similar type of comments) it is in indicative of a dark interior motive, not dysgraphia.

Dysgraphia, as I read it:

"At its broadest definition, dysgraphia is a disorder of writing ability at any stage, including problems with letter formation/legibility, letter spacing, spelling, fine motor coordination, rate of writing, grammar, and composition."

A fan forum in not a test or timed test where provisions are made of those who have various issues you mention and others, such as ESOL. You can take whatever time you want to post. You can run your post through a spell checker or grammar checker. (If I write a letter I always use spelling/grammar checker).

Yes you are. Will not be judged by the likes of you and take it. No it's it's how our minds work. It also has to do with short term memory loss. This loss happens both taking information in and getting it out. My mind goes faster than my hand can write. I will write something I know I wrote it I can even read it. But when I comeback later it's not there. I can only spell by using 3 letters at a time. By the time I get to the forth letter I can't remember it. Spell check gammer check are all but useless. I can spell 4 different ways and not tell which one is right. You make sound so easy which it's not. I've been dealing with for close to 70 years. And I've heard all your excuses hundreds of times. You have know idea what you are talking about. 07-coffee3

07-coffee3

Superfan, I am not trying to provide too much personal information on a public forum. But I have a similar medical history (to keep things ambiguous) for the last 3 years. I personally understand what it is like for people to not believe your disability (especially when it is hard to “see it”) and how frustrating that is. I am sincerely sympathetic with your situation. But I believe Steve is right, it might be best for you (and I) to take better care in how we post- however frustrating/unfair it is that it takes a little longer. You can do what you want, but seems like a decent suggestion.

Everything thing you posted implies that I'm and those like me are just lazy. Screw that! It's not that simple. You are just being ignorant and arrogant.07-coffee3

And for those who think I'm stupid and lazy! I do use grammarly and spell check! Why do you think you can read it at all? You have no idea how many beatings I've had to endure just because ofy poor spelling! In 6th grade I had straight A's on my recard except in spelling I got an F ! I even got awards in math. And I was beaten badly because of it. So guess what my next recard was? Straight F's.

Most times when I post criticism on here it's not for the those that are regular posters. Players read these posts as well. This will come a complete surprise to some of you but I am held in high esteem and respect of my judgement of their play. Not all but more than a few. Bates needed a kick in the ass wether my post did this only he can say. But someone did.
