Nate Oats and Alabama open the season on November 9th in Tuscaloosa against Kenneth Lofton Jr. and Louisiana Tech.
One of the top opening night games in college hoops.
Lofton is a beast inside. LA Tech should be very good this season and will be a strong contender for the CUSA championship if the team stays intact (i.e. no major injuries, illnesses, etc.). Good luck with your team this season.

Thanks. I'm more excited about this upcoming hoops season for the Bulldogs than any in a long time. Should be a fun year.

Lofton was awesome to watch last year. Hopefully they got him in the gym to slim him down a bit and refine his play. Tons of potential.

Lofton spent this summer playing on the U19 World Cup team, where he led the U.S. to a Gold Medal by beating France in the finals for the U19 World Cup Championship, 83-81. Lofton scored a team high 16 points in that finals game, with 15 of those points coming in the 2nd half. Teammates Jaden Ivy of Purdue also had 16, and LSU's Adam Miller scored 12.
The two European announcers said:
"Lofton was amazing inside. He really turned this game around for the U.S. in the 2nd half", one announcer said. Lofton was badly under-used in the first half, and only had 1 point at halftime. The USA trailed at halftime by 5 pts. The USA coach obviously changed strategies at halftime and used Lofton in the 2nd half to beat France down low.
This was a huge win for Team USA because France was led by 7'2" Center Victor Wimbanyama, who has a 7'8" wingspan, and will likely be the NBA's #1 draft choice in the next 2 years (it's an age thing)
