Baby Boomers were born on third, thought they'd hit a triple and then did everything they could to destroy 1st and 2nd base on the way out.

I dislike both the Boomers and the Milleni-Z's. Yes, Boomers put everything on credit , bought 10 houses while only owning 1% of all of them and made the economy take a dump.
My beef with the millennials (and Z's that are old enough? I admittedly have no idea where/when the generation lines are. whatever, people age 18-30) is that they act like wages are low and nothing is affordable, but they are out here buying friggin $10 organic juice from a hip juice bar (literally saw this yesterday), and ordering expensive vegan takeout nonsense for dinner every night.
Right when I was out of school, my shopping list would include a $2 pack of hot dogs and $1 store-brand white-a$$ buns. That was lunch every day for that week. Yes, I'm probably dying now, but damn it I made that $30k salary stretch.
Rant over...for now.

So your thesis here is young people can't complain about demonstrably true things like lower wages and higher cost of living than any living generation has faced because you've seen a young person buy expensive juice?

I never respect a coach who says these type of things about 'this generation.' You realize they come in with iphones and whatnot a beat your as$, right? It's YOUR job to find the winners and coach them up, and then NOT ABANDON THE SHIP WHEN YOU START WINNING/LOSING.
Mike Leach tried this BS excuse a few years ago when, I think it was Portland State, beat his dumbas$ and he blamed his kids. Well, PSU's millenials lined up and whipped your butt, son. Stop blaming the kids you picked, recruited, signed, coached up, and then called the plays for. Be a leader and take the blame, jackas$.
Leach blamed his players hanging out with "their fat girlfriends" at Tech.
lol I remember that
I also remember thinking
"If you coached 'em to win they might get better girlfriends, d!ckhead"

There's nothing else for him to talk about UGone football-wise is there? If he breaks out the "when I was young I had to walk to school in the rain and cold, uphill, both ways" cliche you know he's hit rock bottom.

Pretty much. If the expensive juice place goes out of business in less than a year, I'll apologize to everyone.

Getting hungry, need to go and pickup my $5 10 pack of hot dogs and $4 8 pack of hot dog buns and start up a conversation with the cashier as to why we don't get enough buns for the hot dogs.

When I started college a whopper was 35 cents and smokes were 30. I must be one of those boomers who had it good. Minimum wage of $1.60/hr went pretty far.
