OHIO eeks one out at Buffao, 21-20, in OT!!!! Special thanks goes to UB's kicker for missing two field goals and the extra point attempt in OT!!! 02-13-banana03-cloud9

I don't even understand how Leipold thought attempting a 46-yard field goal with 1:26 left in a tie game was a better decision than going for it on 4th and 1. He makes the same mistakes over and over again.

I'd rather he man up and try to get the yard and then we're in good shape to run the clock down and try to win it as time expires. He needs to stop thinking that really long field goals with these crappy kickers are automatic. It's a bad result for UB every time he makes that decision.

Brutal from a Buffalo point of view. Missing a chip shot 24 yd FG and an extra point in OT was certainly the difference. Otherwise a pretty even game.
Just one of those frustrating seasons for UB. They likely won’t go bowling but they have enough to win a MAC game or two you don’t think they will win. They will play spoiler.

Toledo in the driver's seat in the West, could go 11-1 or 10-2

Down 14 at the half, Ball State did not complete a pass in the 2nd half but scored 24 consecutive points to win arguably its biggest conference game in a decade, 27-20, at Northern Illinois. A very strange game.

Road wins, however strange, are cause for celebration!
