I also like what Penny said on the post game about this week in practice they would be working on two things. Defense: men have to take responsibility for their man and quit relying on help.
Offense: passing the ball to move the defense and swinging from the strong side to the weak side.

CoC made the Tourney last year and lost to Auburn by 4 in the second round.

We've played 5 games and 3 are against likely Tourney teams... WTF did y'all expect?!!

Pathetic post by the OP. Not sure what people expected with the roster left behind by Tubby. This is a throw away year unfortunately. Get the freshman experience and bring in the really high level recruits to put us over the top.

Look, Penny got left with a crap roster, period. He's improved it a lot but freshmen are freshmen.

Guys that will eat about 70% of the minutes this season (Martin and the JUCOs are gone) so there is no learning and carrying it into next season.

This is a transitional year, a limbo year. Next year the talent level will be through the roof but we'll be all freshmen and sophomores.

Year 3 will be when the magic happens.

There's nothing anyone can do about this year.

True freshmen guards and no front court talent or depth. I think we’re in for a very inconsistent season.

Problem with that analysis is that Wiseman and maybe others won't be here in year 3. Penny gets a transition year this season, but we can't keep kicking the can down the road.
