Attendance last year between the Cajuns and Tulane was considerably higher than 50k.

54k is what I am remembering. Could be wrong though. Anyway, it was a great crowd.

Now that Tulane has an OCS, it would be a good idea to...

...oh never mind. Our administration would never cater to playing a game of regional interest. It's why we don't play LSU, La Tech, USM...

Disappointed in the attendance numbers at the New Orleans Bowl,34,000 today the lowest in the last four years. I guess the lame excuse is the early start and Saints. I remember when Tulane last year helped set the New Orleans Bowl attendance record at 55,000 a 21,000 difference.

Dude we had more fans at today's game in Nola than Tulane had all season outside of the Ga Tech game.

He comes by his reputation number honestly. As John Houseman would say: "He got it the hard way - he earned it".

There is not one thing that Savacool can post that will take away from the absolute happiness Ragin' Cajun Nation is feeling today. 4 nine win Seasons in a row and 4 Bowl wins in a row. We are making tremendous strides both Academically and Athletically and there is not one thing that he can do about it. Perhaps that is the root of his frustration. Good luck to all posters whose teams are participating in Bowl games.

It is a shame that 20,000 less Canjun fans showed up this year using your math.
