If I was on the committee for this search, I'd like to have coaches who were interviewing to come in with a sample game plan using the current roster of players at JMU. What style of play on offense and defense. Based on tape how would you utilize the various strengths of the current players and how would you coach up the weaknesses? If Jones or anybody else is able to do that adequately, then I'd be ok with that. I just hope that's the way these interviews are run and not the stupid standard interview bull**** questions like "tell us about yourself."
