I agree that the A10 would make me more interested as a fan while having football as an independent in a different conference. I can’t complain though until we look like we can halfway compete in the CAA.

If I understand the dynamics of the CAA, we could switch from the CAA to another conference and remain in CAAFootball. CAAFootball is quasi independent of the CAA. Now whether people and the admin would deem it worthy is another matter. For men's basketball, it certainly would increase our profile. Not so for women's ball though. No real idea on sports like soccer, softball and lacrosse.
