In my opinion, the loudest voice is the voice that isn't there. I'm not sure there is any bigger message than the empty seats. When fans stop supporting the product, that is proof that fans do not like the product.
Emails can be overlooked. Empty seats cannot.

I realize this next opinion is a very unpopular one, but I don't care.
If you are truly unhappy with the state of men's basketball yet still continue to purchase tickets then you are telling the admin that their mistakes have no consequences.
In my opinion, we are such a dedicated fan base that we let them off the hook far too many times. We support our teams and as a result they take our fandom for granted.
