Here's how I see the JMU job. The MBB job right now is a brand new sports car being driven by an amateur driver. The driver is bumping into walls, running over cones and placing at the back of the field. That doesn't mean the car is junk. If the owner actually paid for a skilled driver the potential of the car will finally be seen.
We just need to pay a skilled driver.
You get what you pay for and if sometimes you can strike gold, but more often than not if you pay very little money you are going to get very little return for your investment.
For businessmen like the admin we have, they should know that fact more than anyone.

Accountants think a lot differently than CEO type businessmen. I've personally seen accountants in VP positions destroy billion dollar businesses by trying to penny pinch their way to higher profits, rather than investing in growth. Accountants think "how can I save money", whereas good CEOs ask "how can I raise the capital I need to succeed?"
