anybody here have that kind of patience? how many coaches can turn it on a dime? how many think if we make a change, we are landing that guy?

To me, we have come this far and while far from perfect you can see where it could come together next year. Make a change and we are starting all over with no more likelihood of success.

You're cherry picking, the vast majority of guys with records like that end their coaching careers. I for one don't want JMU to be a place where coaches learn to coach, and that's what you want for Lou.

Maybe I am, and maybe the vast majority of coaches flame out. they may be out there, but show me the list of mid - major coaches that inherit a struggling program and turn them into a 20+ win team inside of 2/3 years.

Keatts, Hurley, ?? anybody have a list of these unicorns? I might be wrong, but I believe the vast majority either fail, or need more than 3 years.

Martin Ingelsby - Delaware -- is he a comp? Maybe a little better than Lou, but certainly not light years.

So should we be satisfied with football is we are average in the CAA if Richmond and Delaware are struggling?
