Don’t know how anyone would put App in the top 3. Secondary is STILL out of position 4 games in, O-Line can’t establish the run, mid coaching, 1-2 decent quarters per game. RB’s made of glass. App is bottom half of this league so far this year.

Who would you put in top 3? App has the best OOC win, no bad losses, and beat Troy who most consider a top 1/3rd team.

I have Coastal, USA and Troy in my top three at this point in the season.

It makes no sense to me to put Troy above App. App won head to head, has a much better top win (Texas A&M vs Marshall), and App is 2-2 vs FBS whereas Troy is 1-2.

Troy is better than their record. In evidence, I will submit the ass kicking they subjected App to only to have a low percentage Hail Mary scuttle their perfect game, and their controlled demolition of Marshall last week. Won’t be able to re-evaluate App for the next 4 games (unless of course they drop one of them).

RE: Sun Belt Power Rankings - Week 4
1. Coastal (+2) - Only 4-0 team in the league. Beat GSU with ease.
2. South Alabama (+2) - Smoked La Tech. 1 point away from also being 4-0.
3. James Madison (+2) - Undefeated and beat App in Boone. Gotta be top 3 right now.
4. App State (-3) - Ouch. East looks wide open all of a sudden.
5. Georgia Southern (+2) - Probably not a top 5 team if we're being honest, but still 3-1 and 2 weeks removed from a win at Nebraska.
6. Southern Miss (+2) - Probably had the leagues best OOC win this weekend.
7. Troy (+2) - Nearly shut out Marshall, nearly beat App. Will compete for the West.
8. Louisiana (-6) - Not looking like the UL of 2021.
9. Texas State (+3 - Awful opponent but pitched a shutout.
10. Old Dominion (+3) - Won their first SBC game. Would prob easily be top 5 if they could've taken down Virginia.
11. ULM (+3) - Huge win for the Warhawks. Still not sold they'll compete for the West though.
12. Marshall (-6) - Seems like a year ago when they beat ND at this point.
13. Georgia State (-3) - Still looking for win #1.
14. Arkansas State (-3) - A-State/ULM this week may be pivotal in the race for 7th in the West...
