Boone is super boring to non-Appers. You've got the Mast General store, which used to be cool but now there are 100 of them around NC. The Daniel Boone Inn, and the nicest Wendy's (no joke) on the planet.

However, people do drive from all over NC to get their Christmas trees from up there.

We signed a former 4-Star receiver. The guy is 6'5" and is a legit beast. He was a three star up until he signed, and immediately became a two star, and our lowest rated recruit, with a 0.75 composite. Offers from Indiana and Kansas.

App only has around 13 scholarships to give. Average Rating would be best to look at on a 2 to 3 year rolling basis but for the sake of comparing the quality of recruit rather than the total number of points, below is the ranking Based on Average Rating, rather than total points:

1. Louisiana - 82.17
2. Arkansas State - 82.07
3. Troy - 81.52
4. App State - 81.19
5. ULM - 80.94
6. GSU - 80.49
7. Texas State - 80.20
8. Coastal Carolina - 80.15
9. South Alabama - 79.83
10. Georgia Southern - 79.49

This is likely more in line with the actual results than the total number of points and largely reflects the make up of the conference, specifically as it pertains to 8 through 10.

Partial qualifier? Georgia Southern, Georgia State, and Western Kentucky all recruited him but didn't offer a scholarship. Gotta be a reason why.
