Phil Johnson is coaching the team. He was Floyd's top assistant.

Seven of the 14 have losing records where it counts. Officially in the RPI. We have several schools with three non Division I games and Southern Miss is playing freaking four. 04-jawdrop

I'm not gonna go all ODU on anyone. One is ok, but come on people.

Hopefully WKU can contribute today @Ohio. Our first true road game which worries me.

It was good to see starting PG Tyrik Dixon back for MT after missing most of the vandy game. Nine assists and no turnovers for Dixon. Nice.

Losses always suck -- especially when the game was in your grasp.

But yesterday's game makes very clear that you guys are a good team. The Blazers will be a handful in conference play.

Their convo can be a pretty intimidating place to play. The fans are literally sitting on top of the floor and the stands are steep. It's like playing a game in front of congress in the dome.

RE: 12/9/17 and 12/10/17 CUSA basketball action
We always knew this could be a really good basketball conference, but this is the first year we have actually seen signs of life in this regard.

4 teams in the Top 100 of RPI with FAU sitting just outside at 104.

UTEP & Charlotte won't be down for long.

UAB is having a bit of a down year so far but we all know what type of program they are.

No idea whats up with So Miss, but I am surprised to see them at 300+ in RPI.

This all MAC officiating crew is ridiculous! WKU down 12 to Ohio at the half. All 50/50 calls going to Bobcats.

That said we have had plenty of decent looks at the basket that we should still be winning. So no one to blame but ourselves there.

Down 12 at half. We look like dogg****. 42-30. Just no defense early to get in the hole. Some questionable MACtion calls in the first half. Especially on Bearden’s 3rd foul.

This woman announcer is horrible. They’re both huge homers but wth is a woman doing calling the men’s game. Wtf is she talking about cutting the court into quarters? Is this a womens strategy??? I finally had to mute these clowns as they were giving me angina. Western wasn’t helping.

If we come out with more defensive intensity we can make this a game but I’ve never thought of Stans as a fire ‘em up guy. More of a roll the ball out and go get ‘em type coach.

We do this every year taking the whole week of finals off and we always come out rusty as hell. What’s more important? Finals grades or hooping????

WKU within 6 right now.

I wasn't home all day yesterday and most of the day today so I haven't had time to watch the Marshall Toledo game yet. I know Marshall scored the last 14 points of the game and Toledo didn't score at all for like the last 5 mins and 15 seconds of the game. Elmore scored 25 followed by Penava with 24.

.
The Beth Mowens of Ohio. Regardless, not shooting the ball well. Ohio is a team that will beat WKU at home and then go ice cold and lose by 20+ to Marshall.

I still have no idea who that is.

We still look like dogggshittt.

Darius not having his best game. We look like all we did all week was eat briquettes of Spam cooked on a dorm room hotplate.

Ohio hit 30+free throws against WKU and only missed 4 of those attempts. That’s the difference in the game. WKU comeback falls short at 89-84
