Agreed. If he's available, I think he should be considered

If Norvell can be retained another year or more. Then go out and make a offer to Bob Stoops. He will have had some time off to unwind and may be interesting in getting back into a non stressful situation. Maybe not at a major P5 school and the stress that came with it. But could be interested in staying in coaching without all the stress and bright lights focused on everything he does.
