Where are my fellow cougar posters?
Man there are some stupid pre season predictors. Our conference IS trending up, a lot of people don't want to see us get better because they can't handle their p5 teams being abused by us, they want to be like us, play like us, but they can never be like us, we are real Americans , the p5 Florida schools are especially frightened by the bulging emergence of UCF and USF football teams to the point that they have to accept being subordinate little b***h, this is a feeling they are familiar with, now they have to live with this reality everyday
Wow now Iam Hungery for some oranges and a huge plate of stone crab with that whipped butter in white wine sauce OMG!
Today BBQ will take a back seat...
Oh and some 16 ounce coconuts too can't forget to put the lime in the coconut and drink them both up when you've been in green park too long
Does anybody know where " green park" in Florida is ?, and what would you see there?
Yeah YEAH that's right, what you said. I'm totally down with ya bro!

RE: 2017 CFB Countdowns Thread: OS thinks Cinci is #118 + Memphis
I am not as bullish as my fellow Cincy fans. Six wins by my calculation is our high water mark. The quarterback position is nothing short of an abyss. In the spring game and last season for that matter our quarterbacks cannot hit wide open receivers and lock onto a single receiver. Torrance Gibson may be a good quarterback eventually, but it is too much to expect him to walk into this situation behind this offensive line and be successful with little experience. I know he was a four star player, but so was USF's qb when he got his first start. It took him two seasons to mature.
The wins will come from an above average defense. Granted the OS prediction is too low, we will not have the 8-10 wins predicted by many.

Very fair write-up on Houston. I'm going with a 10-2 record with losses to USF and Memphis. I have Memphis winning the west, but my opinion could change if Kyle Allen plays to his ranking out of high school. I think the west will be won by either Memphis or UH.

On paper, we have the potential to kick everyone's @55 and finish the season at 11 - 1 but in real football world I say 7 - 5 or 6 - 6 is where I believe we'll end up.

FPI Rank: 43
ESPN Prediction: Loss
UCF's Chances of Winning: 42.8%
Projected Record: 1-1
Analysis: UCF gets their conference schedule started early and they'll be battling it out against one of the best teams in the AAC in Memphis. The Tigers are talented and that's why ESPN has them pulling off the road win in week 2. However, a 42 percent chance of winning isn't bad and this is a game that the Knights have circled and they'll be ready to go when the Tigers get into town.

I find #118 a little hard to believe though.
UC could have the new coaches take game days off for tee times instead and they will get to bowl eligible just due to the fact that this staff will not need a mirror under its collective nose to see if they are still breathing on weekdays.

UC will win 8 games next year they will begin to return to there big east form.

USF will be looking for payback against Temple University in Tampa this year. The winner will have a good start to winning the East.
