I suspect that will be one of the biggest improvements we will see under Tubby as opposed to Pastner will be better shot selection. Cal's teams rarely took bad shots because Cal defined their role and would sit their ass on the bench with more than one bad shot in a half. Would think Tubby will do the same, especially as he gets more depth.

When you take in consideration the number of shots taken last year by freshmen then it is all but certain shot selection will improve due to a year of maturity. The most improvement by any player is usually in between their freshman and Sophomore years.

We played try to get fouled ball last year...That is why we took so many bad shots because we were trying to get the refs to bail us out.

No way. That kid is too important to the football team.
