...great crowd at the 'bowl game which shall not be named'... maybe the city will throw some extra $$$ into the gate if we can ever get that return trip from Ol Miss... not sure if they would do that, but...ya never know...
...BTW, my 'multiple' great grandad was Colonel William P. Barker, who designed the 'core grid' of downtown Birmingham... around the railroad tracks, of course... Thankfully, he had no part in the traffic light system...

...and yes, he was a Colonel in 'that war'...to keep the thread theme going... I SURE didn't say he was perfect...
BTW - for all you attendance fans out there, BBVA - just over 59,000... just throwing it out there... Ol Miss travels well...to here, anyway...
