Here's the excuse we'll all be hearing shortly.. The P5s don't worry about midweek games cause they play a tough conference schedule.. Especially the SEC where 90% get in the regionals.

You already know it. I can tell you that Wake 100% cared about last night after dropping the Duke series. They definitely wanted to get back some momentum against a ranked squad on the road but couldn't handle the stage. Their pitchers were very clearly rattled and they got smoked.

I still can't understand how we we made it to a Super.. Ended the season ranked and then got no love to start the season... Or how we took 2 of 3 from Mo State and they still are ranked higher RPI wise than us.

As y’all know this is nothing new. What’s more frustrating is the fact that the SBC is a “P5” baseball conference, yet isn’t treated like one. Just gotta keep grinding.

Yes. The guy that did the drone shot posted on his social media account that it was probably the coolest moment he's had using the drone. And based on the fact the bases appeared empty it's Wilks with the HR as his was a solo while Paetow was a 2R HR

Anxious to see if playing 7 P5 games already will help prepare them for SBC conference play.

Bobcats were only 3-4 against them, although TCU. Texas, and LSU are no slouches.

Y’all have definitely shown that you can play with anyone. Pitching looks to be the Achilles heel but if that can get straightened out y’all will be a problem.

SBC went 3-2 today.

AState and Memphis played for 3 hours 45 minutes including a nearly hour long first inning.

It was...not fun for anyone. 5 game weeks are just not ideal, even if they are necessary some times. Times got real fun when Memphis brought their shortstop into pitch, and we pinch hit for every single member of our starting lineup.
