Yeah it’s probably going to be ugly. They are easily one of the best teams in the country. Just get out here with no injuries. We have 6 straight winnable games following this one, and hopefully Lovejoy will be back for them.
Sam, my very admired poster, basketball does not have the "body bag" games like football. Acuff might get hurt, but it is not going to be because he is a running back going into a D-Line filled with future NFL behemoths with bad intentions.
Your sentiments, otherwise, are correct. Keep the game competitive and move on.
I think you completely misunderstood my post, and that’s ok. Not wanting guys to get hurt in a game that we were surely going to lose doesn’t mean it was a “body bag” game. Basketball players get hurt too, Jerry. I just want them to be healthy for games we will be competitive in.

I know that was tongue in cheek, but the actual line is 25.5.

I am not trying to toot my own horn, but I TOTALLY CALLED THIS ONE. I think I am near clairvoyant when it comes to Eastern Basketball!!

Did anyone actually watch this game. I don’t think I will be able to get to until after Saturday’s game. So if anyone watch and can share some insights, would appreciate it…

Your concerns are duly noted Sam, I over-reacted.
I'm ultra-sensitive as to when we schedule OOC football games due to the fact that when schedule physical teams like LSU and freaking Army, we leave wounded.
