Not yet. The hill is a polarizing subject with the fanbase.

It’s used as student overall for the most part and the atmosphere there is let’s say entertaining.

Mud slide in the middle the last two games.

I don’t mind it, but eventually permanent seats will need to be added.

Had the same argument in our fanbase where the area in front of the scoreboard where kids played pickup games was gonna be lost due to the FOC being built.

Never an easy way to make everyone happy, but can't hold back progress either as long as it makes sense.

Another new rendering was released yesterday of the proposed new east sideline tower. It would be almost entirely premium seating.

It also shows permanent seating being added to the south end zone and the raised concourse connecting the east stands to the north end zone complex.

Impressive!

Clarification please, are the proposed south endzone seats in the grassy hill area?

Yes. In the rendering you’re looking at the east sideline. The south end zone is the side pictured to the right, north is to the left.

I take the stance of “once it’s done they’ll get over it”. Progress always upsets some people who don’t like change but they will ultimately like the end result.

I also believe there’s a way to compromise and do permanent seats in the corners and grass in the middle ala Clemson.

Eaglewraith I see y’all have done a killer job with attendance this year. Is there any conversation around expanding Paulson? I’ve never been but I like that stadium. It would look really really nice with a matching upper deck on the press box side.

No real talk right now. I would imagine we'd do a tower on that side though which would lead to a slight seating increase by offering more premium options to the stadium.

We have some options for additional seating by bowling in the stadium on the Bishop side which we may see happen before the press box gets replaced.

It'll be some time before we see any movement at least for now. Gotta improve on the field to keep people coming too.
