Well congratulations! It's not a fluke, even if under flukey circumstances, when you hang in their with them all night and make a couple of plays. Solid win for Tech!

Addition through subtraction. First Patenaude, then Collins, then Thacker. This house might finally be clear of Poltergeists.

With that loss by Miami there are 3 undefeated ACC teams.
Louisville
UNC
FSU
None of these schools play each other thus leaving the potential for 3 undefeated ACC schools.
I'm guessing they go by rankings which means Louisville would get left out

USC gets it down to the 10 yard line tied with Arizona. USC then fumbles the final 2 snaps of regulation - 1 on offense, 1 on special team. The game is now in overtime.

UL SoS is pretty bad, but tonight boosted their shot. I think UNC has to lose though.

It is conference strength of schedule… which still puts Louisville as the likely #3. Their best chance of getting #2 in that scenario is having VT/BC with more conference wins than Clemson/Syracuse. Technically not impossible, but, yes, they have no reason not to root for an FSU or UNC loss.

I have a 12-0 Louisville outside the CCG now at >1% of occurring overall, with that Cards team getting a playoff spot 15% of the time. In comparison, a 13-0 Cards team makes the playoff 96% of the time.

Saw USC was down early and thought about watching, but that Colorado-CSU game took it out of me a few weeks ago and I took a pass.

AAC Big XII teams still trying to find a way to win in their new digs; they’re a combined 0-7.

Yeah I know, right???

Too bad we can't schedule more easy games with ACC teams. We're 1-0 against them.

Or just go to the ACC instead of being in a western conference (even worse when two Arizona schools, Colorado and Utah come in).

I watched a good bit of the Louisville vs. Notre Dame game, and the Cards look legit. Huge congrats to UL.

Watched the second half and OTs of the Arizona vs. USC game. Very exciting. USC has some concerns on defense.

I guess you should, since this year’s team has shown they can’t beat a MAC team.
