We already have North and South Carolina. I don't recognize Northern North Carolina. nor Southern North Carolina..

the song Take Me Home, Country Roads is about a western part of virginia and not the state west virginia

What I was getting at is I think the sun belt line bisected some states.

I consider TN and N.C. both sun belt even though parts of each state aren't.
