1). Very young. Say apprx. 30.

2). I think the conference played was essentially a W. Va. D-II conference, not to be confused with say GLIAC.

A guy who won big at a lower level? Stop me if you've heard this one before.

Sounds good to me. He will be accustomed to our level of resources. A program builder. Make no mistake — this is a complete rebuild.

Hopefully he can hire some folks on staff to help him make inroads with Michigan high school/JUCO talent.

I'm sure it's the case, but I have to believe the NCAA has some restrictions about coaches contacting players of their former team. Especially with today's lax transfer rules, a coach could decimate a former team cherry-picking top players to follow him to his next program.
