Just tuned into this NFLPA bowl game right before the end of the first half. TC is wearing a Temple logo on his helmet. Not sure what’s up with that. Haven’t seen him in the game but according to the stat sheet he’s gone 1-4 for 5 yards.

Ok it’s just on one side. JMU is on the other. Just fumbled though, which was returned for a TD. Oof.

In the all star games many players wear multiple logos on their helmet, either representing former teams they played for, or given to them by other players.

Yeah but it’s not in addition to the JMU logo. It’s in place of. And he doesn’t have any other schools. Also looks like he’s got an AAC logo on the back.

Unfortunate, sometimes the playcalls/system and supporting players have a role in the outcome.

It is more about the week of practice leading up to the game than the game itself for scouts. The announcers mentioned early on that TC had a good week of practice.

Definitely. Spending a week of practicing and learning from those coaches while scouts are all around should certainly help his chances of getting into an NFL training camp.

Pretty sure he had his own helmet. It’s common at these games that the guys swap helmet logos, some cover their helmet with a bunch of them. Weren’t any Temple players in this game but one of their WRs was a teammate last week at the Tropical Bowl, so I’d guess that’s where he snagged it.
