I was so ready to talk **** after this game. All day I was ready. During the first half, I was REALLY ready.

But since I spent the second half more or less rocking back in forth in the fetal position trying to quiet the sounds of sirens in my head, I’ll just say gg instead.

As a Cincy fan, I can't say I was too disappointed, even though getting a second life would have been great. I know darn well that UCF and Tulane straight up beat us. But I appreciate USF trying (very hard).

Not sure which was more stupid. USF's conservative play calling with a one point lead, or UCF's subsequent kickoff. Not sure the TD was the correct call either. But, like I said, no disappointment. They both beat us, so the standings are what they are.

A USF fan asked me before the game what I thought the score might be. I said that I was concerned we’d be getting USF’s best shot today. I said I’d be glad just to win by one point. Sometimes, being prophetic sucks, LOL. But I’m glad we’re alive to play Tulane next weekend. GO KNIGHTS!

This was an outstanding effort by the player, but UCF got a gift from the crew on that one!

Hope this rivalry continues. It is good for both schools. Personally I think UCF and USF belong in the same conference. I believe USF will get in the Big 12 in the next few years.

No conference is adding USF and their dismal support. They are a decade behind UCF in fan culture…they sure are loud and arrogant on Twitter though

This. The ref made the 100% right call. It was difficult to see in the moment but the ref clearly got it right seeing those photos.

We should have just let UCF score the TD with 2 mins left, save the time and get the offense back on the field to tie the game. The crappiest part of the whole night was those 3 dive plays up the middle right after the fumble where we went 3 and out. Cost us the game and epic comeback.

Made this point in the moment. The USF defense didn't stop UCF all game. When USF took the lead UCF had yet to throw and incomplete pass and had over 300 yards rushing. USF came back because of 1. Fumble Luck and 2. USF's offense moved the ball at will all game. For some reason USF's coach decided to put the game in the hands of his defense. Just a bonkers decision.

A P5 conference isn’t going to add them right now, but I think the on-campus stadium they’re planning could be the start of a big turnaround for USF. With the right leadership in place, I see no reason why this program can’t become one of the best in the American and an eventual contender for a power conference spot should another one open up. Key word: Leadership. I think that’s one of the things that’s separated UCF and USF in the past 10-15 years.
