If you told me that GS had 12 yards rushing and more than 600 yards passing in a game before this year i would've asked you to stop drinking and check yourself into the rehab. That stat line had me like what in the world. Props to JMU Rush defense though 12 yards is just an amazing number to achieve.

Yeah, before yesterday #2 was up for debate between Bama and Georgia but obviously JMU was and still is the clear #1

Seriously though, I kinda debated keeping JMU at #1. Based on resume I think USA #1 is pretty clear, but power rankings are supposed to be more about "who would you pick to win if they played right now?" and I think there's an argument to be made for any of JMU, Troy, USA.

If ODU can be consistent and has really improved as much as it appeared yesterday then I'd almost start throwing them in there too but let's see if they can keep steadily improving or if it's more up and down. App State of course is interesting too, wouldn't surprise me one bit to see them bounce back emphatically from the TXST game and work their way back in to the #1 debate.

I'm actually picking Troy to win this week, and I think I'd probably pick JMU to beat Troy if they played this week so I really thought about going JMU, Troy, USA. But I figured I can hold off one more week before throwing that order out there instead of setting everyone off this week

All three are very good and might be the three best G5's that aren't Big 12 bound imo. It's a shame there's no chance of seeing JMU take on one of them in the CCG if they continue to be the best.
