Once the season starts and you know exactly where to go every single week to find your games you’ll understand how great it is. Knowing that every football, mens and womens basketball, almost every baseball and softball game, and most volleyball games are in the same place same app every time is incredible compared to googling the schedule, seeing who has it, hoping you have it on your tv or streaming package.

Trust me, once the season starts you doubters will fall in love with it. Especially if your school makes the effort to put on a quality broadcast.

Edit: I say almost every baseball and softball because there were a very few exceptions when it wasn’t for App, but that’s because both teams were at home two weekends this season and we only have one full camera and crew load out. Might not be an issue at all for your school.

In the last few years, I kept seeing SBC football games on ESPN and available on ESPN+. It was massively better than what CUSA doing and I began thinking, wow, we seriously need to move over there with those guys.

I know all about ESPN+. I've had it for our 1 or 2 football games that end up there every year and the majority of our men's basketball games that go there. It's a great product for die hard fans.

Half our facebook games were Stadium/FB and the other half were CBSSN/FB. It would be better to keep what we have and make use of it. Do not get other media involved. We maybe can't stop them from selling games, but we damn sure don't have to wish for it. The fact this started by a Marshall fan that was just in CUSA's spin the wheel for a media deal setup makes me want to 03-puke03-puke03-puke

In case that wasn't clear, this is a resounding NOOOOO F-ING WAY!!!!

I guess I made you puke. So 2 things.

1. It wouldn't be tier rights.

2. Facebook was apart of the CUSA contract. Notice no other sub licensed games from the Big East, MAC, or CAA go there. They buy those games because they want them for their network.

This would be no way similar to CUSA's deal. Kind of crazy people keep spinning this into something it wouldn't be or try to equate Bein or Stadium to CBSSN but that's the internet I guess.

Why change what the SBC already has? ESPN is one of the main reasons why we joined.
