I agree with your assessment on this center. Do you know if he’s coming in for a visit? If Noah and Mounir teamed together with Jailin, we will make a lot of noise. Jailin provides much needed rebounding strength.

However, add a shooting guard and small forward-and we’re looking at a special team. Remember Emoni played college ball as a high school senior and averaged 10 ppg. I would see a huge jump in his game if he signs with EMU. Mounir and Billingsley grabbing the rebound and outletting to Noah, Emoni and a transfer shooting guard could enable EMU to avg 80-90 ppg

I can answer that. I’ve been friends with Monty and Noah’s family for
8-years. Noah jokingly calls me “Grandpa.” I text Monty regularly.

Not a flattering article on Emoni written by barstool; however, Barstool recommends Emoni come home and play at EMU.

Maybe Emoni waives a big NIL deal to stay home, build credibility, and establish he can be coached and a great teammate. Either way, Emoni is a can’t miss NBA talent but how far he goes at the next level will be fun to watch how he balances talent, coaching, NBA grind and lifestyle.

If I had a spare $500k, I would sign an NIL deal with him :-)

A team announcing a signing is far beyond a verbal commit. However, I understand your point. I questioned if I should post that news here.

It's about time for Emoni to make his decision. He played at Ypsi Prep with Lovejoy, played against Geeter when he was at Lincoln, and undoubtedly knows a few others on the EMU team. I get the feeling that he wants to be at Eastern.
