Nice to see Bronco Basketball appears to have a more reasonable budget than in the Hawkins years.

I will always wonder what could have been & where the true funding road block was.
Of course then for two years Clayton was only allowed a frayed shoe string to keep the program alive.

What has changed? We still have the worst facilities in the MAC. I am sure we will play a tough schedule this year for guaranteed money, the athletic department is still struggling budget wise due to Montgomery cutting back.

I also posted this on the hockey board, wanted to include it here as this is a dual purpose facility (hockey and basketball) as it includes 2 rinks and a practice basketball court. St Thomas is a D3 program who recently made the jump to D1 in all their sports:

It’s the largest donation ever to a Minnesota university. Prompted by a move to Division I athletics, the Lee & Penny Anderson Arena will become home to hockey and basketball.
