RE: WAC MBB Week #11
This Aggie team is not the same one we played last week.

Down 20 to Sam at half.

So far the Aggies seem to be playing like they did against Utah State. They are making Sam Houston look like a great team.

38-18 at the half.

NOTE #1: I never said Europeans were not barbaric. I was making the point that all civilizations have an evil history, including the beloved Aztecs. Not sure how my comment turned into support for Europeans or current barbaric practices.
NOTE #2: I told myself never to comment on one of King Allison's post again, but I forgot. I will strive to do a better job in the future of ignoring them.

Go Lopes!
Go Aggies!
Go Lancers!
Go Redhawks!
Go Trailblazers!
Hoping for a clean sweep of the Texas schools tonight!

Thank you for leaving the Wolverines off your Go list. It's not really West vs Texas. It's Old Guard WAC vs Arrogant Upstarts.

Yeah, I know UTRGV is in Texas, but I can't root against you. COGS

Nope. Shocking results for both NMSU and GCU. I've watched SFA and SHSU play several times this year and never thought they had the ability to beat GCU by 20+ points and NMSU by almost 30. Impressive wins for both SFA & SHSU.

Wow, it's borderline sickening logging onto this website tonight knowing I'm just going to talk to a bunch of LAIRS. When I get onto this site, I tell the truth in a respectful manner. It seems like the opposite for others. All we've heard about is how good NMSU is. How great of a program they are. Well, tonight I learned that NMSU really just beat up on D2 schools in this conference for years and made meaningless tournament appearances for years. I feel hoodwinked. Bamboozled.

Don't worry guys. Much like every other aspect of this conference, the TEXAS 4 are here to save the day and show this conference some REAL competition.

Seattle U goes to 5-0 in the WAC and ACU drops to 2-5. I remember how people on here were talking about their “great record” a few weeks ago. I guess when you’re not playing East Baylor Tech State Community every game, your true colors show.

CUSA needs to revoke NMSU's invite and give it to SFA, if they want to build a competitive basketball conference that is.

Good game by SHSU, we got whooped in every aspect. Just didn’t show up last night. I’ll let SammyH gloat as NMSU didn’t put up a fight at all last night and I’m sure that game made his morning Ivermectin smoothie go down even better. Our reserves came with more intensity and energy than our starters. For some reason this year Jans team just doesn’t get a fire under their ass like past teams. Loss isn’t reflective of the team overall. I’m 100% sure they’ll have their heads on straight and get back to our winning ways. Just hope the kick in the ass Jans gives them this time sticks.

RE: WAC MBB Week #11
One more thing that was driving me crazy last night is how badly SHSU beat us on the boards. I saw so many times where our guys were flat footed waiting for the ball to come down to them as the SHSU players were flying towards the ball. Credit to Sam for the hustle they showed. It backed up the rebounding numbers they’ve had all year. It’s been a point of frustration for Aggie fans as this team isn’t characteristic of past teams that out rebounded opponents regularly.

Edit: just checked the stats and the rebounding tally was actually even. Surprised me. I have to think that some of our rebounding stats were padded at the end of the game when SHSU was finally missing shots and the game was out of reach.

Good game Kats! You punched us square in the mouth. I look forward to the rematch.

Time to see if the AGGIES are going to get up off the floor and compete tomorrow night. They are going to have to bring it if they want avoid getting swept on this roadie. Time to see what they’re made of.

GO AGGIES!!!
