Yah that basically seals it. The league is going to have 5 landmines that teams wanting to make the NCAAT will have to dodge. Maybe we'll get lucky and the bottom half of the league will just lay down but something tells me that isn't going to happen.

He successfully scheduled so poorly that we will almost certainly beat USM to finish 9-3 OOC and then the bottom of the league is weak enough we'll win I'll say between 4-6 league games including the 1 upset of someone good. Record on paper will look improved but the program is going nowhere.

Looking at the first 4 games of the conference schedule if he's anything less than 3-1 the plug needs to be pulled. USF, Tulane, and Temple are all winnable games.

you already have 8 wins.... it would take an absolute disaster for you guys to not get more than 10-12 wins.. you had leads in your 3 losses..better game management and you are probably 11-0

do i think ecu is making a post season this year? no, i dont think your defense or reboudning is good enough

but ive said this before ECU is the most "upset special" team in the conference..theres no a team in the conference ecu is capable of upsetting

majority of the aac is defensive team is suspect offense ...
ecu is a streaky shooting team but is shooting with 6'7, 6'6, 6'9 shooters (Not too hard to get up shots, even on good defenses)..on a hot shooting night you are going to catch someone off guard who doesnt have the offense to keep up

We'll upset 1 team this year sure, but the record is a complete joke and Dooley deserves to be fired. It might actually happen, but only because of a contract stipulation that says he gets a 1 time 250k bonus if he's still the coach on July 1, 2022. If that wasn't there no way we'd fire him we'd let him coach that lame duck season because we are a joke of a program.
