You guys are talking about ending mask mandates while Comrade Joe is coercing some of our employers into forcing us to get the jab?

I’ve had my two Pfizer shots, I’ve had Covid and took my booster two weeks ago.

I’m done wearing a mask.

You don’t see masks anywhere here in Louisville except in government buildings, medical facilities and public schools. You still see people wearing masks but they are no longer required. That ended in August.

You’ll still see people wearing a mask alone in their cars with the windows rolled up. I still laugh every time I see it. You’ll see the purple haired millennials wearing their masks so they can show everyone how virtuous they are. Either that or their hiding their faces cause they voted for Joe.

So far two daughters, two son in law’s and two granddaughters have had Covid. I’ve lost 3 unvaccinated friends to Covid. Their choice not to get the vaccine.

Its time things returned to normal, not a “new” normal, but the normal we all knew before March 2020.

I couldn't agree more. We can either exist or we can live. I choose the latter. This isn't going away, and sooner or later another virus will come along and do the same. It's a fact of life and the sooner people accept that and try to live their lives the way we all should the better.

Unfortunately, just like the "wonders" of socialism and communism, we have a generation of people now inclined to do whatever the government tells them, no questions asked. They WANT this to be a "new normal" and until people push back on them and tell them if they want it to hide in mommy's basements and subsist off Doordash deliveries then we are stuck with idiotic mandates and ridiculous rules.

I just went on vacation in Mo, KS, OK, AR road trip (went to UM/Tulsa game), the only time we had to wear a mask was at a restaurant in a state park (until seated).

I was just in Florida last week and there are lots of places that mandate inside masks. For the most part people complied and went about their business.

Here in Tulsa, almost nobody is wearing masks. Maybe 10% of people?

I can't recall the last time I wore a mask and you don't see many folks at restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, etc., wearing them. And when you do, they usually look like what you'd expect a Democrat to look like. The men are effiminate and the women are masculine.

I took the Pfizer booster and Flu shot at the same time. One in each shoulder. I don’t know which one did it but I took the shot on Monday and had zero energy until Thursday. I’m talking so tired it was hard walking up stairs.

b/c I went into a cty bldg today to renew one of muh trailer tags, I was told by a cty deputy to, “pls wear one of these (pointing to the subsidized mask dispenser) … as he pulled his up it transitioned to, “they’re voting on this today (as he sighs with gravel in his breath) ….

nuts zongo could only chuckle and sympathize with his demoralized ‘posture’…

I had to go get car tags here in NC Arkansas a few weeks ago, and didnt even need to wear a mask in the government building. (They werent wearing masks either. ) Then again, we havent worn masks since early summer last year up here.

Actually I walked into my Meijer pharmacy and saw a few elderly people getting shots and asked what was going on. They said flu and Pfizer booster. I said can I get both and they said sure.

No, private businesses can still demand face diapers per my understanding, just not "passports" and all that crap. Apparently, the virus has mutated and is now so smart that even at Disney you can be nuts to butts in lines outside without one, but as soon as there is a roof over your head the virus attacks and you must be diapered up to survive.

I do see quite a few businesses, though, with signs up telling people to diaper up. I only do it when I'm at the doctor's office or at my daughter's daycare. One is because I don't want to fight that battle with my employer, the other because I don't want to piss off the people taking care of my child.

I'll have to look again. I know medical facilities can still have the mandate, but I thought the state was going after private businesses and school districts. I haven't seen any stores require them on this side of the river, just recommend.

I went to Mystic, CT. 2/3rds is in Groton which requires face diapers and 1/3rd is in Stonington which does not. The Stonington side was unsurprisingly more crowded.

I did walk through all five airports mask free. I’m not sure who is out there to enforce the diaper mandate. It isn’t TSA and it isn’t local police in my experience.

It really just depends on the airport. TSA will require it through security, but they are not enforcing it in the airport. In my experience Nashville I heard Airport police ask politely for people to put their mask on, Ft. Lauderdale doesn't seem to have heard of Covid, Denver I saw someone damn near get arrested for not wearing one.

Denver was one of the two airports I walked through without one. Walked through tsa with it around my neck- they literally require you to pull it off anyway. On the way home I didn’t wear it at all. Walked past several cops who definitely saw me.

Helpful tip for the outbound: the bars now offer to go cups and no one cares as long as you’re carrying it because most people realize it’s all a sham. The airlines say you can’t bring alcohol on board but no one seemed to care.

Only people wearing masks in my hood are Democrats. I don't want to see them anyways.
