RE: 2021 Fall Football
The Ivy League just announced 6 games will be telecast on ESPNU this Fall, all Friday night games. Each Ivy team will featured at least once.

https://ivyleague.com/news/2021/7/6/six-...eason.aspx

I wish the CAA would get off their ass. They could make a similar compelling schedule to a network be it ESPNU, Nbcsports or cbssports networks.

I know individual schools can setup their own linear deals, but can the league itself? I thought no, but not sure.

?

Again, it's a feature, not a bug.

And apropos of nothing, wonder what size paycheck Fordham receives for opening its 2021 football season at Nebraska on Sep 4?

Appears players have really embraced coach O'Mary. Kids are putting up impressive numbers.

RE: 2021 Fall Football
David Corley has taken the position of Running Backs Coach on Russ Huesman's University of Richmond staff. The former Tribe QB and Assistant Coach was most recently working (I believe) for the Houston Texans of the NFL.

He spent last year as RB coach at South Carolina State.

Also appears former Hampton U player, Quinton Lee is the Tribe's new offensive quality control coach.

RE: 2021 Fall Football
The CAA just announced the Covid policy for the upcoming season.

The policy states that any game that cannot be played due to CoVID-related circumstances would be considered a forfeit by the cancelling team. The cancelling team would receive a loss in the conference standings and the opposing team would be awarded a victory. The overall record of both teams would not change since NCAA bylaws consider such games a “no contest”.

The new policy does provide a 24-hour window of opportunity for making up the game, but if it cannot be conducted the next day, it would be considered a forfeit. If both teams are unable to play due to CoVID-related circumstances, the game would be declared a “no contest” and would not be part of the record of either team.

I realize that numbers sometimes are shared....but someone could maybe have figured out that we don't need two number 9s both smack dab in the front row of the team picture?

Well when they're both Team Captains they kind of deserve to be front and center.

Why don't they have different numbers? Going to look strange going out for the coin toss with two guys having the same number.
