Syracuse or Louisville in the NCAA's?
I think both get in to the NCAA's but what if you could only take one?
Interestingly enough the two teams never played this season.
Relevant data:
Syracuse: NET #40, Quad 1 1-7, Quad 2 6-1, Quad 3 6-1, Quad 4 3-0
Good wins: at NC State (Q1), North Carolina, Clemson, Virginia Tech, vs. NC State, Buffalo, NC State
Bad loss: Pittsburgh at home (NET #100)
Louisville: NET #57, Quad 1 1-6, Quad 2 6-0, Quad 3 4-1, Quad 4 2-0
Good wins: at Duke (Q1), Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, Duke, at Pittsburgh, Seton Hall, Kentucky
Bad loss: at Miami (NET #149)
If you just went with the NET, you go with Syracuse. Pittsburgh's a better team than Miami but Syracuse lost at home vs. Louisville on the road. Other than an eye test, the only thing I would say would be Syracuse has the better NET but maybe some of you ACC fans can say why Louisville is the better team.

I'd take Syracuse and it's not close. Louisville doesn't have the players that made them a potentially elite team this year. Syracuse by contrast is playing as good as it has all year.

Well, Syracuse now has a win over the Big East Champions on their resume.

Georgetown is currently NET #76. To be Quad 2 for a home game you have to be NET 31-75. I would have to believe G-Town will be in the top 75 by tomorrow, giving Syracuse another Quad 2 win. But Buffalo (currently NET #72) is losing. If they drop below 75, Syracuse gives back a Quad 2 win.

It depends on which Louisville team shows up. Missing a month & having numerous games cancelled really hurt. Syracuse is playing better right now.

Based on the recent games, Cuse looks better. They could win games in the NCAA.
