you answered my question about hendrixson. she was starting to shoot better so that's a bit loss. other people are stepping up though. i only made it to halftime last night which was enough time to see connolly have a great start. she hasn't had the best season so that was nice to see.

i agree with saatman. we went with her in the 2nd half when we came back against jmu i believe. gives us at least a little bit more size.

it'll come down to shooting tonight. we'll win if they settle for threes and struggle from out there. i would really like to see leonard have a big game too. all we really need to ask from her is grab the ball and finish around the basket. it would at least give us some presence inside.

I disagree actually I think it comes down to turnovers/taking care of the ball. JMU has struggled against immense pressure. We need 40 minutes of pressure on them and force turnovers. We also need to take much better care of the ball than we did last night.

We are not going to win the rebounding margin tonight, but limiting offensive rebounds and 2nd chances will also be important. We came back against JMU earlier this season due to pressure an causing turnovers. We will need that type of effort tonight to beat this JMU squad

Delaware is blowing out Hofstra in the 4th quarter, so that puts them in a really, really good spot to win a championship. I expect tonight's Drexel/JMU game to be a dogfight. Delaware will have a chance to sub in some more players and get a little more rest.

With Towson getting upset Delaware literally avoided every decent team in the conference. I said that upfront. Good for them though. I hope tonight is a dogfight. I still think JMU is the worst matchup for us in conference.

Drexel is looking like a tired team here in the 2nd quarter. They've had a ton of missed layups and missed open three point attempts.

I find it funny that Debbie Taylor mentioned on a few occasions how Drexel wasn't supposed to be good this year. I mean, they were picked to finish 2nd in the coaches poll, so the league's coaches clearly disagreed with her.

the missed layups are bothering me. i feel like we're two quick guards (nihill/washington) and then 5 or 6 of the same player. if any of them could just make easy baskets we would be in the game.

Absolutely. But towson losing to end the season moved us away from Delaware. So that pushed the 2 team that could challenge them away. Towson has challenged people not sure what happened to them late. But yes avoiding Towson, Drexel and JMU until the final makes it much easier.

Drexel up 61-57 with 4:12 to go. I'm concerned that those 2 offensive fouls on Washington early in the 4th could really bite them in the butt. Not only were they 2 turnovers that helped JMU get back into the game, JMU is already in the bonus. We'll see if that has an effect on the outcome.
