However, I think Coastal has a good chance for this game. maybe if these teams played 10 times, BYU wins big in most of them, but for today, on this one day, the 5th of December in the year of 2020, Coastal should prove to be just as much a threat to BYU as BYU is to Coastal.

BTW, it should be pointed out:
1. Troy and Ark State are having down years without a doubt.
2. GS made a change at OC and really isn't as good as they ought to be.
3. App isn't as good as the previous 2 years.

It's not like the planets have aligned for us...

They haven't at all. We had one amazing week for the conference back in September. Took advantage of the P5 leagues starting late to get more TV time, and watched the top teams take it from there.

If Coastal and UL hadn't faced each other in the regular season, we'd have realistically had a possibility of two teams playing in the CCG Undefeated

That’s a valid point if I’m understanding you correctly. We are having such a great year on the national scene yet the SBC itself isn’t as tough as it could/should be.

I think the answer is “it depends.” We’ve been the #1 rated G5 before, but I’ve never seen SBC football be so good. 2013 was a strong year in a different way. 7 of our 8 teams were bowl eligible. The difference is we didn’t have teams in the top 25 and we all kind of just beat each other.

I feel this year 2020 you do. The aac has 2 top 25 as you do, but dude this is your year and Saturdays game coastal and byu proved it.
