I didn't where else to put this, so I'll just put it in here. The Athletic recently posted an article about how to have CBB
non-conference games in a bubble atmosphere (there were 44 total bubble locations as they were trying to have 8 or 9 teams per bubble). Harrisonburg was on one of three proposed Mid-Atlantic locations, along with Richmond and DC, and honestly I would love to see JMU host these schools for a non conference slate. Below is text from the article (

Site: Harrisonburg, Va.
Arena: Atlantic Union Bank Center
Teams: James Madison, Marshall, Radford, Virginia, VCU (trade them for Longwood or ECU to keep them in Richmond?), VMI, Virginia Tech, West Virginia
Quick take: James Madison is scheduled to open its new arena, the Atlantic Union Bank Center, in time for the 2020-21 season. Well, hey, let’s put that baby to use! Harrisonburg just so happens to be a solid meeting point for a couple of the more far-flung teams in this region: West Virginia and Marshall. Morgantown isn’t that much farther from D.C. than Harrisonburg, but the difference is significant for Marshall; by heading out off I-81, Virginia, Virginia Tech and VCU all have minimal drives, and the Herd don’t have to thunder their way for seven hours before they get to the capital.
Site: Richmond, Va.
Arena: Siegel Center
Teams: ECU, Hampton, Longwood, Maryland Eastern Shore, Navy, Norfolk State, Old Dominion, William and Mary
Site: Washington, D.C. A
Arena: Capital One Arena
Teams: American, Delaware, Delaware State, Georgetown, Howard, Liberty
(trade them for Navy or UMES to have them closer to home in Richmond?), Maryland, Richmond
(trade them for Navy or UMES to keep them in Richmond?)
Site: Washington, D.C. B
Arena: Charles E. Smith Center
Teams: Coppin State, George Mason, George Washington, Loyola Md., UMBC, Morgan State, Mount St. Mary’s, Towson
