The ODU message boards have him all but locked up as ODU's next S coach. They say the announcement about him and Jackson are coming after our NC game. It would suck if they raided us of 2 of our coaches

I’ve heard those guys are gone after Saturday.

Cig may stick but many assistants looking to move up/on.

I've got a buddy who's a donor and pretty well connected at VT. He says we're about to lose an assistant to them after the season as well. Haven't seen it reported anywhere, so I'll keep the name private for now.

The name coming out of VT is Birkett. Looks like we'll be replacing 3 defensive assistants after Saturday. VT looks like a mess with all the movements/retirements/firings on the defensive side of the ball. But let's just hope when Fuente's time is up (Probably in the very near future) we not looking to replace a HC

I know it's a little off topic but it sounds like Coach Cignetti's brother, Frank, has been part of former Green Bay Packer and new Dallas Cowboy HC Mike McCarthy's coaches think tank. Coach Cignetti's brother was Green Bay's QB Coach last season.
