EMU has him listed as a LB. He was a safety in high school.

As I posted elsewhere I posted what 247sports has on him.

For those of us who have followed EMU FB (and recruiting) for a long while, I am very, very pleasantly surprised and happy with the quality of our recruits.

I spent some time over the holidays going over some of the 247sports vignettes on our signees and it is seems very clear that we are recruiting much, much better than years past.

We are taking very few players who only had one FBS offer (and some of them are recruits who committed early to us, for example, in June before they began their senior year in h.s. Too often most MAC recruits are 3 stars on 247sports and we can't tell who are the better prospects since they all get lumped together as '3-star'.

And yes more and more of our recruits were Army or Air Force recruits which means high character and high academics in addition to FBS abilities.

The problem is that we had a lot of depth at receiver this year. We will lose a ton and still have a full boat of receivers returning.

In certain positions we are really deep and I'm thinking WR, RB, etc. Lot of talented players competing for minutes at those positions this past season.

And don't forget Michael Thompson. He didn't play in 2019 but was noticed in spring ball by posters here.

We were loaded at WR in 2019.

Oh, yeah. That was a fun-gotta-have-it play.
