I don’t see how they came to the conclusion hat it was offensive pass interference. A peewee ref wouldn’t have screwed that one up.
Right. And, why wasn't it reviewed?
because its not the nfl

Anyone figure out what officiating crew we will be blessed with yet? We know it won’t be Big South or CAA ... guess that leaves SoCon, NEC, Patriot, SLC or MVC ...

RE: First Round Playoff Games
I watched some of the KSU Wofford game yesterday. Was just re-watching some of the second half. Did not know that KSU's starting QB Tommy Bryant was knocked out of the game and on crutches. Second string QB Jonathan Murphy came in after the 2nd Qtr injury and had 206 yards rushing.

RE: First Round Playoff Games
I'm curious how much SELA bid to host that game. I would speculate that Villanova put in a minimum bid, if they bid at all. Attendance posted at 4,173; SELA surely outdrew Villanova (last home playoff for round 1 in 2016 drew 2000 people). It's a shame that Villanova doesn't get the home crowd or administration support that probably makes the difference in advancing for this opening round game. It ends up hurting the CAA, and ultimately JMU.

I don't know how much validity to give this board, but it looks like someone is maintaining the thread linked below. Unfortunately, it doesn't have anything for our game yet.

Villanova's admin didn't submit any bid from what I read somewhere. Fan support for college football in Philly is tough, it's all about the Eagles. College basketball is a different animal.

Wow, if true that speaks a lot to their priorities. Would have thought they would at least put in a token bid to host and give their team a chance to stay at home. Always tougher to win road games.

Minimum bid was $30,000? at least bid $30,001 Villanova. That's really telling of how much they value the football program, and again, if true that they didn't submit a bid, kicks the whole conference in the nuts.

I wondered about that, and Holy Cross as well (they outdrew Monmouth 2:1).
Ridiculous that Villanova won't reward their football team with some chump change from all that basketball money they get.

Right. You'd think Holy Cross, with its $50,000 tuition and over $1 billion endowment could cough up enough to guarantee a home game.
