Between blocks and TOs we just have way too many empty possessions.

Stanford has really gotten the team out of their offense and players are forcing things that just aren't working.

Team will learn a lot from this game.

Too much do-it-myself driving attempts by our guards. All getting blocked or resulting in off-balance desperation shots. Haven’t seen that from us all year. This D has completely taken us out of our game.

2 points in the last 3 minutes for the Tribe. 3 blocks for Stanford.

UPDATE: 2 points in the last 5 minutes of playing time. Time to stop playing one-on-one ball.

Probably the first game I can say Barnes has been terrible in. I have no idea what he is doing on the offensive end, but he doesn't need to see the court the rest of the night as far as I'm concerned. Not distributing the ball at all and taking a lot of dumb layup attempts

Barnes is frustrated and rattled.

Is that 4 straight blocks against us?

You’re watching a different game than I am. Yes, we haven’t played well. But Stanford is playing really good basketball. By far the strongest defense we’ve faced all year, and they’re hitting every shot from the outside.

Time for the coaching staff to figure out what to do when Knight is doubled throughout the game - not only is he doubled when he gets the ball down low, but Stanford is practically doubling him when he is in the post without the ball. The lack of shooters we have definitely hurts...

Here’s some good news. Not too many Oklahoma’s or Stanford’s left on our schedule.

On the positive side - easily Quinn Blair's best game of the season.

They have had a lot of careless turnovers also and our offense has helped Stanford's defense look very good. Agreed they are the strongest defense we have faced this year, but we also haven't faced a better than average defense this year...

I give Stanford credit - they are keying in on Nate and forcing somebody else to score and we have not been able to do it.

Terry is a heck of a freshman. 21 points on 8 of 11 shooting and 10 boards and 3 assists.

Yeah, he has a really sweet stroke. If you go under on screens against him, he will make you pay as he has done to us tonight

Only 7 assists in the game is a worrying number - pretty much shows how much 1-on-1 hero ball we tried to do tonight

Stanford has taken 28 free throws to 12 for the Tribe. No home cooking there.
14 TO's will also lose you a lot of games.

Any game where both Luke and Quinn outscore Nate will probably be a loss

Nate only getting 4 shots in the game is a good recipe for losing. Again, credit Stanford for practically doubling him the entire game - I'm afraid the blueprint has been set on how to disrupt our team. Hope we can adjust
