I'd like to see JMU with a stronger start on defense. We have had a slow or slow-ish start in every CAA game this season.

Elon led 7-0. Scored on first drive.
SB was 14-14 at the end of the 1st quarter and tied heading to overtime.
Villanova stayed with us all game and led 24-17 through 3 quarters.
W&M had the huge first drive and led 3-0 to start the game.
Towson led 10-7 until late in the 2nd quarter.
UNH led 10-3 until late in the 1st quarter.

Lets just come out swinging from the start for once.

Give me two double digit wins to finish the season, and then let's take that #2 seed into the playoffs.

I would like to see that as well. But it also says something important: this team makes adjustments and has been making them pretty quick.
The defense has been getting better and better every week.

Professional drunk Jim Miller is already one fifth deep today in prep for tomorrow’s game.

I thought about how much we've dominated the current CAA. I decided to research the all time series records against each.

There are only two current CAA members that JMU isn't leading the all-time series against.

We trail UD 13-12. And we're tied 18-18 with UR. We have a chance to only trail in one all time series by tomorrow evening.

11 CAA schools, we will likely have all time leads against 10 of 11.

The longer I live in Richmond (13 years now) the more amazing it is to me how little the city actually gives a **** about the school. Then I remember that nobody likes spiders (or people from Jersey that didn't go to JMU).

Literally no one inside or outside RU cares about RU. It’s hilarious.

I have a good friend who is a retired Richmond Cop. He tells me even the Cops don't like RU due to their arrogance.

I challenge anyone to name another school that built a stadium to keep fans out, not bring them in.
They deserve to rot away in their crappy little bread box.

Harsh? I say not harsh enough.

All jokes aside, I doubt you'd find more than a small handful of instances across college football history where a program willingly built a new stadium with LESS seating then the older stadium had.

How dare you bring reason to this thread!!!
No other school has done this in the history of the world! This was said on the internet so you know it is true!

I bet there’s not many examples of such an extreme downsizing as it relates to percentage of capacity.

Not even Spatter students care about the Spatters. They never go to home games.

They still talk about how they miss the old urinals at City Stadium, which were built inn the 1920's.

They miss how much they enjoyed looking at each other's peckers in an open trough.

Dame Day. Time to squash some Ticks!!!

Getting ready to head out for the drive down to the Burg as soon as the younger daughter gets here. Older daughter is already in Harrisonburg as she and her husband drove up last night for Band Alumni Day.

As my wife just reminded me since this is the Richmond Game "Sack the Hoodie!!!!!""

Go Dukes!!
