- Track team has been great for decades

- Men's Basketball was on the better side of good until Cobb made the three worst hires he could make in a row in Bball. Thankfully Cobb is making the GaSt hires now. App were regular season conference champions seven times between '98-'10.

- Women's Basketball have won the WBI twice in the last 10 years

- 45-9

That was my guess too. WF and Miami were probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 3k.

Wake brought at least 3k, Miami was well under that.

WCU brought 2-3k when they had average teams. ETSU had a couple thousand last week. Marshall also brought a couple thousand in the 90's.

You'll see UNCC take over the upper left three sections on the east side this weekend and green sprinkled throughout the stadium I'm sure.

Visitors are usually seated in 108, 208, and 209. It looks like those are almost sold out. I imagine addition seats were given in 114. My guess is your initial allotment was 2k. I'm expecting what we saw with WF and Miami. No reason why this should not be 32k plus. Enjoy!

That would be a first, typically the overflow visitors are giving 108. 114 may be used now as the visiting team has to enter from the Quinn Center (behind the east stands) as the North Endzone building is constructed.

The campus near the stadium has a lot of construction with three new dorms being built, but entering from Stadium drive through the east side entrance shouldn't be a problem for visitors.

I think Charlotte will bring a good crowd, but not enough for a 32k attendance. I was at the App v Charlotte game in charlotte last year and 8k of the 19k at very least were app fans. I'd be very suprised if charlotte brought more than 2-3k to boone when they gave up 40% of their capacity to app last year. Could be wrong, but I dont see how that would make sense.

Maybe 4500, which is very good. When you average 12k without opposing teams bringing fans or specific interest and a highly anticipated game comes up you don't LOSE home fans, you gain them. App was probably good for another 2 to 3k Niner fans attending and brought about 4 to 5k of their own fans.
