What do you mean? the WKU championship team, and the 2012 tech team both won NY6 bowls. They were both better than UCF..

They, uh, won’t sign a deal with us. Ole Miss has this thing where they don’t want to even risk losing. Mississippi State has finally realized how it helps both schools and has gotten back into the habit of scheduling us. Hoping we can pull out a victory this weekend.

The top half of the American is very good, and the bottom half is no better than the rest of us. I still think Houston, UCF, Memphis and maybe Cincy & SMU move on at some point soon. Wouldnt be surprised to see Navy go back to Indy either. That will be the end of this "P6" stuff.

Where's SMU going? Outside of their history (long ago), they've done nothing notable in football since joining CUSA/AAC. They'd be left behind along with Tulsa and Tulane.

Going to NY6 games, in many cases winning them is in no case "folding." Since the AAC is a power conference, maybe a valid excuse is that the AAC teams simply are unmotivated to play CUSA teams and your bowl games vs P6 teams are like your superbowl.......
