I think taking a knee against UCF and losing was the nail in the coffin.

He survived that season and beat UCF 44-7 the following year. We had poor leadership that allowed a few who didn't like Ruff to make the call. I hope they're happy now.

ECU should have held off ayear, and honored him when Navy visits - he'll still be the only ECU coach to have beaten Navy

It's really amazing we beat them like a drum with a 5-7 team that was playing with their 4th team QB, fast forward to now and they're 31-8 since then. Cindy goes with back 2 back 4-8 seasons, we beat them like a drum with a 3-9 football team under the worst coach in the history of our program, they finish 11-2 last year.

Gives me hope for our turn around happening quickly with Houston.
