best part about being up to #34- the fact that we're only 33 days from the college basketball season. Of course I'm a bit distracted right now with baseball... Nats doing so well.(shameless plug- we talk baseball a lot on the pro sports tab here- love to have more fans there- there are 2-3 that talk smack with me there all the time)

I'm not sure that they'll make the tournament this year, but so many pre-season lists have them rated fairly high. I think this is a decent compromise between the two. They lost their cornerstone piece last year and unless others step up, they'll drop off big this year.

yeah- I meant like the last one that got revealed.

Cincinnati appears at #32. 2nd last AAC team in.

Tennessee shows up at #30.

Tennessee lost a significant amount of talent and experience. But Rick Barnes can coach. The Vols will be competitive this year.

Washington shows up as the last(best) 8 seed. #29. Got 4 more teams in the pit of misery before get out of that 7-10 range. BE with still 4 teams left.

Michigan shows up at #28.

And now Marquette at #27. The Big East has three teams left to rank.

it's such a small difference- 1-2 bounces....

better for the Big East as home games vs Marquette would be Q1.

I disagree (although the difference is minimal). I see them as fringe top 25... so anywhere between 20-30 I think is reasonable. Especially as the new system starts to meld.

Alabama shows up at #26. Interesting team with Oats coming down from Buffalo....
